[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Irregularity in goCash

I cancelled my ticket on 29th August with reference number RBN6UZNG4. At that time, I was given message that I can use the refund money in my next booking. When I booked a ticket yesterday, I was given a message that I can use only 20% of from goCash. If the account is having my own money, how can you restrict to use only 20% of the money from that? It is forcing the customer to spend 5 times the money of concelled ticket amount on your website just because he used your website to book a ticket. A fraudulent way of binding the customer.

However for any other transactions for flights and hotels you can utilize your go cash amount in one go.
