Goibibo.com — Money deducted but transaction never went through | |||
Hi i tried to book an air travel ticket on 12 Jan 15. the money was deducted and on the website page it did not show whether the transaction failed. I inquired with the customer care and they said that they have not received the money. I inquired with the bank and the bank said that the payment has gone through. Even my bank statement shows that the payment has been sent to goibibo. My payment id is BIL/[protected]/PGMIB-/[protected]_WWWGO. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||
