This is with reference to payment Id[protected], where the return ticket (VECV9U) was wrongfully canceled by Goibibo. Because of which we were forced to buy new ticket at premium price.
I was being told by GoIbibo Customer care (Ref No #351086) that there will be refund from Goibibo, once I submit the new ticket (which we had to buy). This was more than 1 week back, I don't have any update or mail since then. I had send many communication, but not avail.
Even I had sent the communication from Indigo Airline, which clearly says that the fault is with Goibibo side.
