Goibibo.com — Not refunding amount | |||
I have booked the ticket for bangalore - Kumily ( for Saturday 10th-1-2015). Ticket booked on 7-1-2015 by goibibo site, still i didn't receive my ticket confirmation by SMS or MAIL. And i have called your customer care team lot of time ( more than 10 times) and i wasted my lot of time for booking the single tickets. As per the customer care conversation, i have tried to take the print out of the ticket by ticket no, but it is throwing error. please check the attachment for reference... Shall i book the ticket again by any other website... Same issue happened on[protected]... Was this information helpful? | |||
