[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Pathetic customer service | |||||
Hi, I have booked a room through goibibo.com & due to some design issue we had to cancel the booking on checkout date & hotel confirmed Goibibo that we will receive the full refund of our booking amount. Infact Dharmendra from their customer service team said on 14th Nov that i will get the refund in 5-7 working days but today i.e. 18th Nov i called up them they said the booking is cancelled today and refund shall be processed in 5-7 working days from today! So they forgot to cancel my booking on Saturday! Also when i posted my feedback on their facebook page they said that am not applicable for any further compensation! when i said what do you mean by this statement they started deleting my posts on Facebook & they even deleted their reply wherein they have said the same..
