Goibibo.com — Refund not received on time | |||
I had booked a ticket using GOIBIBO and the bus got broke down during the journey. We had to travel at our own. The bus operator agreed to refund partial amount and refunded money to those who booked directly from bus operator and for those who had online booking asked us to get in touch with them. GOIBIBO in my case. I wrote them several emails and raised several refund requests. But every time I was asked to wait for some more time. Its been more that 20 days and the money is still not refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||
