I booked a room from Goibibo.com on 19th September and the app froze after my transaction . My money was debited but booking was not done. The app did not show any booking id and I didn't even get a mail about my booking. Now they are saying they can't refund as the room already booked. How can they book a room for me without giving me any information? Even the customer service executive started shouting between the discussion.
