I booked a ticket on 22nd Oct, 14, the ticket was not booked and the money got deducted. I called the customer care they said that there is a problem at indigos end so the ticket was not booked. The associate told that they would refund my full amount in 24 hours. I haven't received any reference no. From them regarding cancellation. I called back again today and they told me it will take 5-7 working days. Why is goibibo setting wrong expectations with the customer. They are very slow in updating the daily fare price changes.
