[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Ticket aborted and also Cash Deducted | |||
Hi, I tried booking an air ticket from your GOIBIBO app. But it failed, stating “booking aborted”. Booking Amount has already been deducted from my bank account. in my back account statement, it is showing as successful payment. I’ve not received any gocash or refund. On the goibibo app, it's showing as ticket aborted. I tried your customer care number like 10-12 times. There is no option to reach out for this issue. I've already raised the request through express care twice, but i haven't heard anything back from you guys. I tried booking the ticket under the name of “Mr. Gunti Rahul” from Hyderabad to Tirupati on 4th August 2015 at 2.15 pm.
