Goibibo — False promises to resolve my complaint and refund | |||||
Complaint no by Goibibo 2171614 Goibibo customer care called me at 8.45 PM saying for 5-7 th may I.e.2 days bookings they would refund or upgrade to other hotel as per my choice, I asked to suggest upgraded hotel options the Manager replied that he will revert with details of options o[censored]pgrade and in case o[censored]navailability he will refund my amount. To my utter shock the Manager called back in 15-20 mins saying that now he is refusing promise he made in last call and exact status would be given by tomorrow. I waited whole day with my luggage packed waiting for their final status on refund they claimed to initiated. Very bad experience . Kindly do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||
