Goibibo — Hotel booking but it was already full. | |||||
I booked room from goibibo but when i reached hotel they said no room available than i called to goibibo for the concern then he canceled the booking and refund initiated but till now no refund credited then i called back then they say your booking was confirmed but you did no go there . date of incident :- 11-06.2016 booking ID : HTLS7YCWWH I have prof of my call recording that i talked with goibibo customer care on 11 june.
