Goibibo — Hotel booking Cancellation charges & Refund

This is in regards to the cancellation against booking id- HTLBCBQRGG Please be informed that I have cancelled the booking on 15th Nov. At 8:56 p.M. And as per the cancellation policy, Cancellation charges will be 1 Night Cost if I cancel between[protected]:00:00 IST to[protected]:59:00 IST. Cancellation of the ticket was done well in advance keeping the flood condition of Tamil Nadu in mind that too 3 days before the check-in date still a substantial amount was deducted. I requested to revert the charges for this but unable to fetch any support from the org.
