Goibibo — Not refunding my money - after cancellation of hotel booking

I have booked a room in blue hills hotel, ooty, on 25th around 5 pm for 26 and 27 th july16. Same day evening i have requested to cancel, but they say same day after 12 noon it is not possible to cancel. Then i have requested to cancel next days booking even that they have not done. Pleae refund rs2735./- tickets raised with them are 3217227, 3217229, 3222631
