I have booked a hotel of Lonavala Hotel Manik Moti on 16 August 2023. Due to some reason we could not go so we canceled the hotel. According to Gobibo's policy the hotel was 100% refundable. I canceled the hotel on 18th August and the date when my refund was to come was 5th September to 7th September 2023. I have sent my bank statement to Gobibo. Neither have I received my refund of Rs 6514 from Gobibo yet nor is Gobibo calling me. Always gives me 24-48 hours time. Help me to get my 6514 rupees back
