Goibibo — Refund credited by airlines | |||
I have booked flight tickets on 11th december, 2019 for travel on 13th april and 22nd april 2020 from cochin to port blair and back respectively in spice jet and indigo flights. Unfortunately, due to national lockdown during the travel period, on my request, airlines have refunded the fares to the travel agency i. E goibibo. I am unable to contact goibibo as they don't provide any contact information in their web portal. Please do help me to get my refund urgently.
