[Resolved] Goibibo — refund not initiated but mentioning they have refunded

My booking with goibibo due to technical error got failed and was retained by goibibo. They said it will be refunded within 7 days. Then they mail me regarding that your refund is initiated and will take 14 days to appear in your account. After 14 days i call goibibo regarding this and they tell me that they have initiated the refund and it’s my bank which have not cleared the account. For the next week i kept on calling the bank and screwed them for not clearing but to my regret no proper response. I email the same to goibibo and come to know in the next mail them stating that the refund is not being initiated due to technical glitch. Such a wide organisation and still can’t handle petty issue.
