Refund issue: operator cancelled the bus without intimation to me thus at the bus onboard's time i had called him then he was saying coolly bus was cancelled.if he would intimated us prior to this we would have found alternative travel...really that night I had horrible journey please understand intensity of this issue. Operator said my money would be refund in few days hence its been two weeks but didnt get money return and when I was enquiried about issue they said goibibo will refund the money.
