Bus refund not processed This is the message we got on our mob [protected] on 5th feb when we cancelled ticket…your customer care is not replying even after showing this message, refund is far story. 1.5 months passed, tired up writing to their customer care, their website doesn't take refund request… Cancellation has been done for the seat No 12, ticket No ht178759.Refund will be processed within 5 days.
