Goibibo.com — Cancellation option not available

I have booked 3 bus tickets from Hyderabad to ernakulam the booking is and pnr details are below Booking ID - GOBUSd0ced[protected] : PNR - AEON31700-AEON 1A : DOJ was on 17th June 2015.But I wanted to cancel one ticket.But in the goibobo app and website I could not find any option to cancel one ticket.I called goibobo customer care they said that there is no such option available and he can't help .So I had cancelled all the 3 tickets. The cancellation fee for one ticket is ₹325.So I lost ₹700 because of this website. I need my money back
