Hi Sir, This is regarding the refund of one of my booking with goibibo. Its been 22 days but till now they have not processed the refund. Everytime i call their customer care they said they have forwarded the complain to their back-end team and will refund the amount in next 24 hours. I have called them more than 10 times but everytime they said that it will be done in next 24 hours and when i call after 24 hours they again say the same thing and today 22 days have passed but refund is not done till now. Today when i asked their executive to transfer the call to their supervisor, he disconnected the call. I am attaching the text of the mail i sent them on 21st march. [protected] Hi, I booked a ticket with goibibo from bangalore to delhi for 20th March at 10.30 AM with Air India AI-505. BOOKING ID:TUAZB9R78 PNR:Z06QW. In my goibibo account under myTrips it shows that booking is confirmed and when the passengers(My sister & her son) reached the airport Air India executives said that booking was not confirmed so they cancelled the tickets. Due to which i had to buy new tickets at the airport only for 6940/- INR for the two concerned persons forPNR:Z06QW. I could not call goibibo at that time for the resolution for the same because air India ticket executive said that ticket counter is going to be closed in 5 mins. So i bought the new tickets. I contacted your goibibo customer care helpline later yesterday regarding that and they asked me to mail the new tickets with boarding passes to you and the whole amount of 6940/- INR will be refunded against the same after validating the tickets. Please find the attached scanned copy of new tickets for the 2 passengers with the boarding passes. Request you to resolve the issue at priority.
