Goibibo.com — Flight ticket not booked but payment deducted

I had booked an air ticket from goibibo mobile app from bangalore to cochin. The pay was deducted from my account (city union bank) towards goibibo. I did not receive my ticket or could see any booking in the goibibo mobile app. So i request for refund of the flight fare as soon as possible. Please consider this as very URGENT.
