Goibibo.com — Money not refunded & no reply from Goibibo helpdesk

Hi, From Goibibo web-site, I tried to book a seabird bus ticket from Goa to Bangalore which was scheduled to depart on 1 Dec 2014 at 19:30 from Margao-Goa stop. While booking the ticket I got an error but amount of RS 850 was deducted from my account. I made another 2 attempts to book the ticket but in all the attempts error is received but the amount of RS 850 got debited from the account in each attempt. So the total amount of RS 2550 is debited from my bank account which is not yet refunded to me. I raised ticket with Goibibo helpdesk. My ticket no is 31274 but I have not yet received any response from them even after sending 4 reminder mails. So I would like to book a complaint against Goibibo.com Regards, Shaiilendra
