Goibibo.com — Money not refunded from last one month

I booked a bus ticket from Pune to Nagpur by Goibibo.com on 23rd april and travelled on 30th April, the bus operator name was Anjani Travels. While booking the ticket my money got deducted two times and i contatced your customer care 20 times but they could not give any solution for my problem.Amount deducted is 1350 rs. They said that you money got deducted two times for the same transaction so it will take time to get refunded but now its more than one month the refund has not even been initiated.
