Hi sir, I tried to make a booking on goibibo website for a hotel booking but the booking was shown as not successful. However the payment was deducted from my account. I am not able to talk to their customer service executive as it is only an IVR system. The reference number given to me was GOHTLDMOB5E3BB[protected]. I want the refund for this.
