Booked two tickets in Indigo from Kochi to Hyderabad and back.Booking IDN96EF75J9J. Date of booking- 6 Jan 2015.Date of travel-19th and 24th February 2015. One up and down ticket was cancelled on 17th February.Goibibo did this immediately and reciprocated with a mail confirming the cancellation and refund of the amount.tracking ID/Ticket no: 172823 and 172834 was assigned for this.This was an automated reply.they assured to call in two days time or earlier! but there was no call, no money.I made a reminder for the complaint through the website on 2nd March 2015, and immediately got an automated "courtesy reply" as they call it and here comes another tracking ID: 204979. No money or reply yet. If you call them on the phone number provided, you loose your money, but the automated system does not accomedate your complaint! So you have no way to complain or access to the company. It seems they are going to cheat me. Is there anything I can do than going to the consumer court? Was this information helpful? | |||
