Goibibo.com — Refund not processed since one month | |||
Hi My booking ID number :HTLM3DESMG Hotel Nisarga Inn booked for 1st May to 3rd May and complaint ID number :#386402 Goibibo & the hotelier messed our booking and because of that we were offered a low standard room as compare to what we booked. We have no other option but stay there as we reach in the evening and next day we decided to come back as the service and the room was not upto the mark as all. And now since last one I have not received my balance amount. Neither Goibibo person is following up for that. Was this information helpful? | |||
