Goibibo.com — Refund Not received of Cancelled Flight, Not even response regarding refund | |||
Hello, I had booked flight with PNR W4FM5F, but my flight got cancelled. Spice Jet office people told us to raise refund from the portal from where you purchased the ticket. As per their instructions i had raised multiple requests on goibibo.com, but have received no reply from them. Also, no case number for complaints. When i call their customer care service, it gets disconnected automatically if we select complaint option. I am not able to connect to their advisors to get help. Was this information helpful? | |||
