I have purchased arnova 10inches g2 tablet of rs.1999/- + cod charges rs.150/- extra from go javas. The parcel was came and i have paid rs.2150/- to courier boy and collect the parcel. After collecting the parcel i have checked and founded the tablet was got damaged and it is not working. I have informed to courier people which courier was deliver this parcel immediately. They told me to file the return complaint. I tried to return the product to the consignor (Go javas company) and i need to replace the product immediately.
