Gojavas — Complain about snapdeal order delivery

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana, 600041

The oder tracking says Current Status: Attempted but not Delivered - Reason:- Shipment received at incorrect branch will be forwarded to correct branch for reattempt. There was no attempt made to deliver the order and I haven't received any call. Belwo is my order ID for tracking UNISDLAP358130. Kindly help

I Have given my product back but courier gives us another person slip..so, we can't refund over payment
