Gojavas Courier — Consignment not delivered

My order number is [protected] and i have placed the order on 26th DEC 2016 and till date it is not delivered

Checking the status it is updated as doorl locked and customer not reachable.

However on same day i received 3 couriers and i was available in the address

The delivery boy didn't even tried to contact and just update the records further the helpline number given is useless which is not exisiting

Not sure how these company exist and also have a doubt why do these company exist when they cant provide service to customers
