Gojavas Courier — Delivery issue

I have order from jabong on 3/07/2016.
They give a date 15/07/2016.
After 15 days goes and product still not received.
I have many time try to contact him but fail with call waiting
Gojavs and jabong both are not give a proper answer when my product deliver.

My co-worker order on jabong with gojavas after 9 day.
And she will get this product by today.

But i am not getting any update still.
