[Resolved] Gojavas Courier — False update of delivery detail on gojavas courier tracking | |||||
It was falsely updated on the gojavas website that current status: attempted but not delivered - reason:- cid - address incomplete for docket no. Delpvnp670919 from printvenue. I was supposed to receive the courier on 18/07/2016, but did not receive. I called gojavas customer care three times and i was told that i will receive it today before 8 pm, however the last time i called at 8 pm, i was told that the address given is incomplete. On the same given address i received another courier on friday (15/07/2016) from printvenue through gojavas (Delpvnp670903). If the courier was received on that day then how was it not delivered today. The reason updated is false and i have complained at the gojavas customer care but i want strict action to be taken against the person who did this.Instead of calling up to find out the location, he conveniently updated false information that address is incomplete while i have already received a courier from gojavas on the same address on friday.
