Gojavas Courier — Ordered product on snapdeal but still it is not received | |||||
Hello My Snapdeal Order No - [protected] AWB / Docket NO -UNISNPP6219725 I have been ordered product on 11th Sep 2016 and still its not delivered till now and all the numbers which are there in the GOJava portal are not working or switched off, I called snapdeal multiple times and everytime I request for callback or solution for my issue, they will tell me it will be taken care in one days time. Please check and deliver the product ASAP. Also the Portal of GO java is showing the same status as on 11th Sep, Nothing updated after that, We have multiple customers reporting this issue and Snapdeal is doing absolutely nothing, I am afraid this is some kind of scam which Snapdeal is doing.
