Gojavas Courier — Unreliable, poor service, product not delivered

Unisdexnp842165 is my awb number.. As there was a pincode mismatch it got delayed.. But though we have updated it there is no proper response and they give the same status for around four days.. Worst ever courier service.. And till now i have not received the package.. It still says in transit.. And they can't even give any real time status.. Bull site.. I am planning to register a complaint against them
