Gojavas Courier — Worst service by Snapdeal and Gojavas

I ordered [protected] from snapdeal and the delivery date was 7th sep, till now they did not deliver the product and since past 7 days the gojavas service is down either by phone or email you can not reach them, are they really into the business or they are coward to come forward and accept whatever went wrong. Coming to snapdeal i am not sure why they work with such a horrible courier service. if you buy anything from other websites (amazon or filipcart) you will not have delivery issues at least.

Its a lesson learning for me I will make sure my mind never turns up for snapdeal again, me and my team will ensure to spread the message and the links on whatsapp to all the groups I have to reveal the reality. Why someone should go for these kind of services where there are people to speak but we dont see any response.Guys please do something rather than just talking.
