[Resolved] Gojavas — Delay in delivery and no response | |||
I have ordered a book in snapdeal and it was delivered through gojavas. They told that by 22 feb 2016 ll deliver. But they didnt deliver and saying that the address is incomplete and i am not available to get the product at the particular address.I was there only waiting to get the product. If they dont know the route they should have called me and enquired about it. when i call chennai office's contact number no one is responding to it. Feb 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Got the product on the same day after my complaint but it was damaged. Very bad service. How can you deliver such a damaged product.They are playing with our products it seems. Gojavas Courier customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I have got a damaged book from snapdeal and i want it to be replaced soon. Previously i complained about delay in delivery. Now they delivered but it was damaged. I got this delivery on 23/02/16. on 26/02/16 i have applied for replacement request. I dont know how fast they ll process my request. I want it to be done soon.
