Gojavas — Delivery boys attitude

This is about the branch in Ranchi. The delivery boy named Amit who delivers to Kantatoli area has developed a habit of asking me continously to come long way from my home to receive the shipment when it's very for him to come to my home and he's already seen my home. Today, he did the same, saying that he has a lot of shipments to deliver, and when I insisted him to come (home delivery, not "road delivery", is part of his job), he said he would come but he didn't. When I called him again, he immediately started arguing with me.

Once he even said to my friend that people of my cast are dumb. That's his attitude towards his customers.
