[Resolved] Gojavas — Extreme delay in service | |||||
Tracking ID : UNISNPP5253104 From Dec 31 2015 to till date[Jan 12th 2016] the status of my product is In Transit from AHMEDABAD LPC to COCHIN-ERNAKULAM. When I call customer care they are simply telling it is delayed. They are not assuring when I will get my pack. Now my question is will i get that pack. When I call GoJava customer care they are simply telling it is delayed. They are not assuring when I will get my pack. Now my question is, will i get that pack. Haven't seen such a worst courier service in my life. SnapDeal being a big online seller it should not go for cheap courier like GoJavas. Snapdeal also not caring about these.
