[Resolved] Gojavas — overcharging by yopur courier delivery boy | |||
Sir, i ordered for a belt worth Rs.293/- only from snap deal and my docket No. is UNISNPC 4093737 and the courier was handed over to Go Javas for shipment and the courier boy charged Rs.300/- only and a complaint No. 464345 was also lodged with Go Javas regarding overcharging about twenty days back and i was assured by them that my compliant will be redressed within 72 hours but i think that their watches are moving slow that their 72 hours are not completed even after the expiry of twenty days and my complaint has not been redressed. you people are cheating the gullible customers and are showing most of the complaints as resolved but my personal experience is that my complaint is still pending even after the expiry of seven months but no body bothered to contact me or resolve the complaint.
