On 08.04.024 I had taken half liter gokil milk at 39 rupees price which price MRP price is 36 also when I build it milk curdled ( Fat gya) after this when I reached Mahadev mithi wale shop he dined to replace ot or refund money also he had taken 3 rupees extra charges on MRP price...

Shopkeeper always charges 1 RS extra for every milk packet....

I daily user of gokul cow milk since 4 years staying pune . I was started with superdaily service quality then BBdaily service not having any issue related to cow milk quality now FTH daily i doubtful with milk packaging and quality . For today's delivery packet not containing clear date o[censored]sedby it just look like suspecious please do the needful...

The milk is supplied to our house by one of our old supplier . But some times the milk seems to tast different . We are having a doubt the milk is getting mixed somewhere in the distribution chain. So please look into this and do the needful.

My family has been using Gokul whole milk since 15 milk years or more. It was known for its cream and tasted excellent in tea.
It’s is very concerning that it’s quality has been dropped drastically. The cream is less that cow milk’s cream. The tea tasted watery with it and the curd did not set properly.
It doesn’t feel right to consume Gokul milk since change of quality is so bad.
As many new brands are emerging...

Am regular purchaser of Gokul milk since more than ten years. I am living in Dosti Acres Wadala Mumbai 400037.
I have a big complaint. Since ten days the milk which we heat spoils in no time. Previously I used to heat the milk after 5 days also. It has never spoilt. I don’t know who is the distributor of our area. Not only me full colony people are facing this problem. The person supplying is Ramesh Rachaconda.

There are some milk shops down to my building. when i went there to purchase gokul milk they, the shop owner charged me with Rs 1 extra for half litre milk saying that he has charged it for keeping the milk in the fridge. My mom purchases 2 litre milk from him and if we see the cost he takes Rs. 1 for each half litre milk hence profiting himself Rs. 4 from my mom. so i really want to file complaint because if I let this go then the shopkeeper...

Gukol milk is used at my mom's place for more than 20 years,
We bought gokul milk for good cream so that we don't have to buy ghee
But we can hardly make any ghee out of it now
So If quality doesn't improve why to buy gokul
Best is buy some locally soured milk
Please improve your milk quality otherwise you will loose the market...

The milk was kept in room temperature withput boiling for almost 10hrs
Still wasn't spoiled
As per the instructions the milk should be preserved under 5 degrees

In Diva Gokul milk package of 500 ml is charging 38 rupees instead of mrp 36. For 1 liter they are charging 76 rupees
Gokul milk should sale milk by themselves why they require agents which are looting public.CM is from Thane district but no use.whole Thane district is affected because of this.Amazon should take place this business....

We have been facing this issue since a month now...on and if we find the milk is contaminated with insects and today was too much we found a small cockroach in the milk packet once we open...my 7 year old son daily drinks same milk...

I have been using gokul full cream milk for many years . This milk is known for excellent cream and best quality of milk, which results in getting excellent butter and good tea respectively.
But for past 2 months I am finding difficulty in procuring butter and seems quality of milk is has gone down . The taste of milk has become thin.
Pleaser look into the matter at the earliest as I don’t want to move from gokul to any...

Since 5-6 months the quality of Gokul milk is continuously decreasing... Less cream and n consistency is thinner then earlier. It doesn't seems to be a Buffalo milk now, only price is increasing every next month, so many complaint placed to the distributor of kurla west ( Mr. Munir) but he just says to complaint on the portal. So here I am doing the same....

We are facing quality problem since 6 months in our area.
There is no originality found in milk as it was 6 months back.
Less occurance of butter milk.
Also it is having a different odour which does not seems to be as buffalo milk.
Plz look into the matter on priority....

There is no cream as it used to be in past . i have been using this brand from last 20 years . i have complained to the vendor that since last 2 years the cream is absolutely nil

prices are increasing every day, but quality is going down...

Dear Gokul group...
From last 6 months there is a continuous increase in price for Gokul classic milk. About 8 to 10 Rupees hike in the price. Please make your products affordable to middle class too....
