This is a complaint about higher prices charged by shopkeeper on daily need product i.e. milk. I would like to address you that in my locality shopkeepers are charging more than MRP on milk product. which is unreasonable charge, they are charging 4 ₹ on 0.5 liter of milk. We buy Gokul Classic milk, it's MRP is 33 ₹ and they used to charge 35 ₹, but from today they start charging 37 ₹ which is 4 ₹ more than MRP. I hope you and your...

I have been taking Gokul Satvik Milk for a few years but have recently observed tampering with the milk pouch. The seal seems to be broken at one of the edges and resealed again. The taste is changed as well and request you to please check and get inspection done at the respective distributors in our area.

The quality of milk has changed in the last 6 months.
The cream of the milk used to be very thick earlier but now It's very thin.. and when we make ghee from the cream it doesn't whip at all. It stays in the liquid form only. The price of the milk kept of increasing tremendously and very quickly and the quality detoriated. Kindly look into the matter....

The quality of milk has changed due to which the cream layer has become thinner and also the curd becomes sticky...

After boiling the milk from the bag the milk was spoiled....

I am using Gokul milk sice last 1 year and today I have shocked once i saw milk has generated plastic while we are processing milk and prepared ghee. During processing I have found some plastic particles generated in whole process.
I think this is a big scam. Please inquiry and check....

I. Shopkeeper is charging 1 rs extra on 500 L milk in the name of cooling charges but on the packet it is written ₹24 including cooling charges....

Milk is not good now a days.. from last 2-3 months milk quality has been changed. It taste n smell diffrent as compare to before... N it feels like no fat milk. We couldn't make ghee from it.. very bad experience... Plz improve the quality...

The Gokul milk (500 ml pouches) we purchased on 04 July 22 was very watery. On heating it did not overflow, but was just boiling like water. Kindly look into the mater....

There was some amount of rice were found in the packet . Not once but twice....

I bought 5 litres of gokul milk on 2nd May on occassion of EID from a local distributer. The person explained that its a fresh set of milk cartoon and is of good quality. However, soon as I came back home and kept the milk for boiling, it was all spoilt. I immedieatly complaint to the distributer but he did not help, nor he is ready to take this complaint forward with his superior. Please can someone help me. I spent my hard earned money...

I buy Gokul Special milk at 11.00PM on 5th April 2022 from Aditya Sweet Corner located at Datta Nagar Dombivali East at Rs 64 Rs ltr. Actual MRP price was 30.50 per half ltr but his charged Rs 32 per half ltr.

The money is not matter, I am expecting good quality, I came at 11.05 pm on 5th April (same day) at my home and put that milk on gas stove to do hot so that I can use that milk for eating.

This should be stop.
All shops are charging 2 rs extra.
This black marketing should be stop.

The mrp on packet is 30 rs but the shopkeeper is selling it at 32rs for refrigerating the milk....
