Gomechanic — Car service

Dear Concerned
I would like to bring to your kind notice. The experience and very worst service of gomechanic. On 24/12/21 I call on your customer care number to enquire the availability & charges of Ignition coil & fan motor for my Tata Manza car.Your executive informed me that one Abrar named person from Abhignya motors will call me and provide the details. He also requested me that am I willing for any service. I said yes if I can get that required parts i will also proceed for service. Than your executive informed me to book a service by paying Rs.100 online thereafter you can go for comprehensive service. I made a payment. Thereafter I received a call from Abrar of Abhignya Motors, I asked him to provide the details & charges for Ignition coil & fan motor, he said will inform you once the car visit to our workshop and also informed that he cannot arrange to pickup the vehicle and asked me to bring the car to Abhignya motors service centre. Even though I agreed and went, further I also spoke to Manager about the parts he said yes it is available. Thereafter he started the inspection and after one hour he said we cannot deliver your vehicle by today and requested to take the delivery on 25/12/21. I agreed and coordinated with them by instructing them clearly about the parts and some other small work like, one back tail light is not working, noise is coming in AC, if required I am ready for AC service and as well I also enquired about tyres which was also my car requirements. But manager Clearly informed me to go & buy it from tyre shop. I left and requested to do the other needful. I never bothered about the charges, my only requirement is to keep up my car in top condition. 1:00 pm I left the car, Abrar informed me he will update the status. Till 8:00 pm I have not received any response from him. Then I called him, he said work is in progress I will update. Again No response till next day 2:00 pm i, e. 25/12/21.I again called him and said what happened he said me to bring that Ignition coils from outside merchants and they will install. I said if that was the issue why I used to prefer this app. And at the end of the time when I was asking him about the delivery of car he is saying me that. From yesterday to till delivery time they are not at all bothered for the parts, AC work. Finally I come to understand that the service is totally worst. I informed him to bring my car. When I received the car, I observed that the purpose for which I have given the vehicle is not at all sorted out, the basic service is done, car washing, oil, filters, change etc etc. They even not rectify the tail light. When I opened the front banut of car I observed the total box of air filter is opened they even not fitted the screws properly (photo attached). I said what kind of worst work you people are doing than after one hour he brought the screws and fitted it. I totally fed up with the service and paid the amount which he raised.
This is not my first experience with gomechanic. Already I have given my earlier cars Maruti SX4, and Honda Civic. I already faced a issue with civic but your manager called me and requested that it will not repeat. But now this experience opened my eyes and now onwards I will never prefer gomechanic app and suggest others to quit.
