I buy this noise buds prima yesterday and after that is not working properly when u connect the Bluetooth after sometime it's get automatically disconnected and very disturbing sound I want to exchange this item or I want my refund back as soon as possible...

Bought a Black color fit pro 3 on 1st June. By Nov, found that battery draining too fast( 90% charge to 30% charge within 3 hours). sent to Noise service station . got back after 10 days, again finding the same issue within 15 days of service.

The complaint is based on the noise colorfit qube smartwatch which I bought by 5th dec 2021. It is not yet working like I'm unable to power on the watch and it's vibrating a lot without showing on display and power on.

I have ordered ColorFit Pro 3 smartwatch but when I opened it and try to start I does not work. I tries many time by pressing start button but nothing happen. I want full refund for this.
Even when I call service center, they ask for invoice which we can download from their website. When I was trying to download invoice, it says wrong product ID although my product id was absolutely right.
So how I will replace the product...

I'm unable to get calls on the watch. It's been a month old since I purchased the product....

I try to pair my smart watch with mobile, it is not working . uninstalled app and update to but it not working . thats why timing of smart watch cant change....

My smart watch is not getting oned from 2 days

I filed the complaint the same day I recieved the watch about its laggy user interface, no notifications issue and half letters case.
They asked me to submit video and I did same day
Later on I called them back next day to know the update but they told me that u will recieve call back in 10 mimutes
Now after 4 days approx I called them and they are demanding me to be a f...g video Grapher
I told them I don't hv...

Payment was deducted from my account but my order was not placed.. i want my product or i want them to refund my money....

First of all your Register a New Complaint is not working, as the site is not allowing to upload a 45Kb file of Invoice, for reason that file should be less than 5MB!!! No way your customer support people talk to us.. no other option to connect to them too

Refer original Case ticket no 415848 and the revised Case ticket no 470000. This is the 3rd time and as per your mail this is a replacement Watch given, without resolving...

Loading issue while updating the watch get stuck on the loading ......

My Issue is still not resolved how you can close my case. even I didnt got the call from your side.
and also for 4000 Rs. watch galss damage charges is rs. 3199/- can't accept it....

I ordered noise earbuds VS201 on 2.11.2021, my order id - 1299487 by paying full via Gokwik UPI, later i thought of cancelling my order because I got the same product at low price in Amazon. But I dint recieved any refund till now and today[protected] there costumer care complaint number is also not working please provide me a solution for this problem...

There is malfunctioning done with my product.

I have given my product for repair/replacement as battery was not working.

I haven't expected this from such a good brand.

My product sent by me was not in this condition. The strap is damaged in parts. Also you haven't returned my charging cable.

Is this what the service center do? I thought sending product to authorized service center...
