I had a claim and submitted all relevant documents. They asked me for temperature chart of a patient with shoulder injury. I submitted it and the they asked for discharge summary which i already submitted. Eventually got rejected. Dont take the insurance if tpa is good health (Goodhealth) Was this information helpful? |
