My mother fell down of scooty and my father is trying to get mediclaim approval for her hand operation, but your clearance department is raising unnecessary queries like whether she was drunk at that time?.
This is ridiculous, she is 60 year old lady, how you guys raise such question?

My father presented all the necessary documen, but your team is trying to harassing him.

Please look into this matter.
If such type of things are happening old person, they are paying high premium and facing such *ridiculous* question & queries, just because of your delaying in claim approval.
