This is a fake company. They didn't refund my amount for flight ticket cancellation. Which they promised to before i cancel. Please don't trust this website. I am not the only one who got cheated. My friends had similar experience. I lost 12500 rupees. Worst experience. They don't even respond to customer care or emails. This is the worst website. I am going to sue this company. Oct 05, 2017 Updated by naWIN reddy This is no 1 hi-tech fraud website. My transaction failed and my amount was not refunded. Don't ever trust this website. They never respond to call/mail. I am going to take this issue to next level. Worst experience i have ever faced. Don't get fooled by discounts everything is fake. Shameless people. They are very rude. It's a big mafia. #, shame on you people.

Never ever book tickets from this site...I have booked Airasia flight Trip ID F-FJOBJKUZM which got cancelled from there side and they told I’ll get 100% refund of RS 1798/- which they gave on 25th jan to GOOMO people.i called #Airasia on 1st feb after which they told they already refunded the amount of 1798/- to GOOMO. When I called to GOOMO customer care first they told they will refund 1398/-(Not the convenience fee of 400/-). Even if the cancellation was from #Airasia, then in an email they have mentioned they will refund 1198/-(200/- deducted for the discount which was there in website itself)

Now my question is if you received 100% amount on 25th jan then why you are not giving my money????why you are holding until I called.?????still they are not returning my amount.
