Have sent multiple emails to Goomo as they refunded my flight ticket.
Not sure how legally it is correct keeping the flight ticket money refunded my Indigo airlines.Customer care number not reachable(Wrong number) - TOLL FREE – 1800–3006–0006 .

Please request you to get my flight refund amount back ....

My name is richa kumari, i booked a flight (Indigo) for jaipur - hyderabad at 9: 20 am around today. After sometime there was an error in the page. And the amount has been deducted from my account as i am having the bank statement. But did not receive any ticket confirmation, when called to the customer care they are not responding.

I need my money refunded as soon as possible. Please help...

Is this the way companies like goomo make profit by exploiting customers. You guys promote by giving discounts and then when we book tickets you deduct the money and tickets don't get book and then you guys don't respond....

I booked domestic flight tickets for 2 adults flying from mumbai to porbandar. I did my booking on sunday 1/21/2018. The tickets i booked were for spicejet airlines and i booked the tickets that allows me a carry on baggage of 7kg and check-in baggage of 15kg per person. While cancelling ticket 2 of its executives said that amount refunded will be 18180. Then when i again called, the executive 1st said that amount refunded will be zero and then again said that amount refunded will be 147. For a 31000+ ticket nil refund. I booked a flight for bangalore - pune and return. After sometime the page said that the amount has been received but the booking failed, and to call the customer care. Hence i called the customer care. They said they can't confirm the booking and the amount will be credited within 5 working days.

I followed up after 5 days. Surprise, surprise. They now say that the amount was never received.

One of the worst travel portal to make your booking for flights. I booked delhi to colombo return flight from 28th dec to 2nd january and booked in 24.5 k. Next day i requested them to reschedule to return date of 3rd january from 2nd january, they told it will be done by paying 2700 rs extra + whatever fare difference is coming on that date. Fare difference is 5000 less than original date and every time i call they make unnecessary excuse...

I have booked my tickets with indigo airlines using goomo.. However due to some unavoidable circumstances i need to cancel my ticket.. So i called indigo a day before and got my tickets cancelled.. Customer service sucks and they play music forever. Worst online travel agency cheating people who make reservations. Emails sent were not answered and phone calls go on without answering for hours. I have booked a hotel room for december and i want to cancel for full refund as they promised when i made the booking. But they do not answer phone calls nor do they answer emails. This is a fake company. They didn't refund my amount for flight ticket cancellation. Which they promised to before i cancel. Please don't trust this website. I am not the only one who got cheated. My friends had similar experience. I lost 12500 rupees. Worst experience. They don't even respond to customer care or emails. This is the worst website. I am going to sue this company....

I had cancelled return journey tickets from airlines directly and they told me that you will receive refund of 2000 after all cancellation charges. When i called goomo customer care about the refund i have not received they told me we have to take additional cancellation charges and the promotion codes deduction that i have applied. I have argued with them about why do i need to pay cancellation charges twice since i have cancelled directly...

The goomo team is lying, defrauding and harassing me and despite the airlines confirming that they have very less charges for cancellation. They have eaten away my money of rs. 11675/-.

Your reservation team/ flight support team is non-responsive to calls/emails and is behaving very rudely.

They are not addressing any genuine concerns and very opaque.

I think you people should at least be humane...
