I booked two tickets for the 10th of January from Cochin to Melbourne via Colombo, with Srilankan Airlines via GotoGate in November 2021. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the flights due to COVID. I contacted the airlines and GotoGate made sure the tickets were refundable, before applying for a refund.
The refund has been pending with Gotogate for more than a month now, with no contact or information from them. The airlines also refuses to help as the booking was done through the platform. The only update I can see is that the refund is pending with the airlines, which I am not sure is true. Gotogate is one of the most unprofessional and non-responsive platforms I have ever come across. Was this information helpful? |
