Government Organisation — Complaint against RTO officer

Hello I am Dr. Gurunath Chavan from Malad (west). I work in a pharmaceutical industry as medical advisor. I am writing this incident which happened to me on Saturday 31st Jan 2015, and I also want to highlight how a government servant (RTO officer) wants to show his power even when he is in fault. This incident took at Marol church road at around 5.40 pm on Saturday 31st Jan 2015. I was driving my bike and crossing the road (andheri-kurla road) just below the International airport Metro station. While crossing the road an vehicle (which later i came to know its an RTO officer's vehicle) suddenly came in front of me from wrong side. I was trying to show them the right direction. But they refuse to listen me. Instead the officer who was inside the vehicle started abusing me. Because of this, i didn’t moved my bike. In response to that, the officer came out of the vehicle and tried to hit me for which I opposed. I told him that i am a doctor and your vehicle was coming from the wrong side. He was not in mood to listen me and continued abusing me. Then he tried to show off his official power by asking my vehicle papers. I showed him all papers. Then he said me that, "now i will show you my powers", "Now you are gone". I was continuously arguing with him that it was his mistake and not mine. To which he replied, "I will burry you here only". All this time he was continuously abusing me. Then he took my vehicle's paper, driving licence number and asked me to meet him in Bandra RTO office. Government servants are to ease the common public’s problems. This is an classical example of how Govt servant first break the law, then refuse to accept it, and if you try to show them their mistakes, they will try to show you their POWER. Now, i want media to help me and show the face of such Govt servant to the entire nation. I need your help. Please let me know what I should do, so that we can expose such Govt officers.
