This is in respect to the maintenance of the BEST buses. I frequently travel from Parel to Mantralaya. Travelling in a BEST bus is getting very uncomfortable as the windows of these buses are very noisy. One can barely hear anything when talking over the phone. Increasing the tariff every now and then is even acceptable but atleast give us our moneys worthy service . Kindly have these buses maintained and repaired from time to time ....
